“Midland Counties have proved to be reliable and efficient when responding to emergency works and as such are considered to be first point of contact for solutions to resolve unforeseen breakdown of plant & equipment. Accounts paperwork, in particular invoices & day work sheets are generally timely and accurate, any queries are investigated without delay.”
David Sioman, Derby City Council
“Boiler replacement schemes were carried out by Midland Counties in a professional manner, their service being reliable at all times. The workmanship was to a good standard which resulted in a neat and tidy installation. The tradesmen on site proved knowledgeable and competent. Both schemes were completed on time and within budget.
I would ask Midland Counties to tender again and would have no hesitation in contracting their services.”
Kevin Fletcher, Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
“Midland Counties have been a contractor to us for the last 12 months providing us with day to day maintenance support, some examples include:

• Replacement of DHW boiler to one of our inpatient units where work was carried out in a professional and timely manner to suit the unit with minimal disruption.
• Installation / replacement of Isolation Valves to the main feeds to several areas within one of our Hospitals, this was to both DHW and Heating and included working around the Hospital to ensure patient services were maintained.
• Boilers on 45 premises that we manage, including Hospitals, health centres, community care units, offices etc.

Midland Counties have provided us with a good level of service, their staff are cooperative and helpful with no complaints from any of the properties attended. All work inspected has been carried out to a high standard and fully finished off, including lagging replaced correctly and no mess left behind. They are a very helpful and knowledgeable company who have provided advice as well as solutions to problems and I look forward to continuing the good working relationship we have.”
